The old phone was no longer functioning and the options seemed limited. This phone was affordable and we were able to get it to work with AT&T without an issues.

Works better in every way possible and the Best Buy guy that’s works in phones set it up for us and did everything that was needed in 15 mins instead of the 3/4 hours it would normal take at the T-Mobile store! I love the phone service with (actual) phone service at T-Mobile but store service not so much (at all)

Maybe that's justifiable given the economical price, but checking the phone while in bed or in the middle of the night can be very strenuous for your eyes. Otherwise, features and functionality are good.

Replacing a soft pad flip phone which my mom complained about dialing numbers which would add extra numbers and she would have to hang up and try again. She loves this new hard pad phone. No issues at all

I was glad there was a basic flip phone for her since she only uses the phone for emergencies while going to the grocery store or just out running errands.

He absolutely loves that the numbers are big enough where he can see them and has been able to navigate the phone well. Took him a while to get used to, but he loves it!
