The owners instruction manual is terrible-tiny print and a lot of instruction. Otherwise it is functional. The ringer volume control should have a lock option because it is in a location that you will turn it off just using the phone. I would probably not buy this again.

T he screen failed, most likely due to a defective ribbon cable to the screen. There was only a 90-day warranty. I pretty much had to buy it so I could simply swap the sim and get back to work. I bought the 2-year extended warranty this time.

This phone is 4G LTE and works well when paired with H2O Wireless. Their plan is $5/month (prepaid $60 per year) for unlimited talk and text. H2O Wireless is an MVNO for AT&T Network. This phone has USB-C charging and call quality is excellent whether talking on the phone, or using speakerphone.
