I forgot how much I missed the simple times when we had flip phones. This one works great. No issues with it. Does all I need, makes calls and texts.

Replacement for 100 yr old mother In law. Best Buy was very helpful and all I had to do is get her numbers in and she wax good to go! Best Buy staff is always helpful.

Very reliable which I can't say for ATT mobile phones I have purchased in the past,

I had the phone activated at Verizon, no one was available at BB the day i went. Im not sure if it was the way Verizon set it up by pairing my old phone with the new one but the blue tooth would not connect to my vehicle. I can no longer use hands free calling in my vehicle. Everything else works fine with the phone except for Bluetooth.

Easy to operate, carry due to size and reasonably priced.

For some reason my dad will not use a smart phone & after going though 3 different flip phones, I tried this & no issues at all! Definitely recommend for someone who needs a flip phone!!

A simple phone that is easy enough for my father to use. Setup was easy.

1. Bluetooth is so bad dosent voice clarity is terrible when connected to car audio, this is so dangerous and you cannot use it safely while driving. 2. The phone dosent let you forward text messages. 3. 3.5mm port dosent work with jacks which has mic and stereo(TRRS).. it works only with stereo jack (TRS). In this modern world toy cannot use a wired headphone with mic..

The hinge for the phone was u lev so the phone never fully shut. We tried to return it to the store thinking we had 15 business days but it was ineligible as the 15 days were literal days no weekends or non-business hours included.

My husband's phone. He hates electronics and won't get a really "smart" and up-to-date phone. This does well at the simple tasks, even though all he ever uses is making and receiving calls. Just not interested in anything else.

My expectations were low coming into this, I wanted to try a flip phone to get a break from my smartphone. But this phone failed to perform even its limited functionalities well. It automatically deletes texts, the calendar can’t import events correctly, the contacts app can’t import contacts correctly. The screen quality is terrible. The battery life is poor. The list goes on. I may have been more accepting if the phone were cheaper. But at nearly $100, it’s just not acceptable.
