The phone is comfortable, and it is a feature phone, in my opinion. However, the battery is on a weak side.

It worked better than I had anticipated it might would.

Needed this in phone for my 90 year old mother for the sole pity of making phone calls. She is very happy with it. Large buttons are easy to read. Dies what she needs so if she’s happy, I am happy.

I am too old to learn, apparently, because I have such a terrible time trying to use the newer cell-phones. I am trusting that this cute little flip-phone will be just what I need. I don't think that having it at my cheek when speaking will "mute" like my regular cell-phones. Thanks so much for the nice employee at Best Buy to help me, and I understand there is only one left in the store.

Great low tech phone! Will do exactly what you need and keep you connected in the ways you need. Would repurchase.

It’s very good for a basic phone with internet I gave to my father who does not like to use smart phones and he is really enjoying using this phone

This phone was challenging to navigate as I learned the new phone. The sound is good on the phone. I have a hearing problem so the volume was good for someone with difficulties. I have does have a lot of features that I probably will not use by nice to have as I try some new things.

Nice and reliable phone easy to manage and great price

The hinge for the phone was u lev so the phone never fully shut. We tried to return it to the store thinking we had 15 business days but it was ineligible as the 15 days were literal days no weekends or non-business hours included.

I bought it for my father who doesn’t understand the iOS or android system so its easy for him to handle it and he seemed very happy to have it.

More than expected in a flip phone. Reed Wilson I never had a flip phone that offered email and wifi. So I really like it and it fits in my carpenter jeans

My expectations were low coming into this, I wanted to try a flip phone to get a break from my smartphone. But this phone failed to perform even its limited functionalities well. It automatically deletes texts, the calendar can’t import events correctly, the contacts app can’t import contacts correctly. The screen quality is terrible. The battery life is poor. The list goes on. I may have been more accepting if the phone were cheaper. But at nearly $100, it’s just not acceptable.

It does what a normal phone should do. Closest thing I could find that almost doesn't have the internet. Texting is fun and I spend less time wasting away. 10 out a 10 would recommend.

Fantastic and heavy duty for someone who works out. Still able to even listen to YouTube videos and browse the internet.

Decent for a flip phone for senior husband. Not too many features to work with. Connected well with hearing aid too.

Very nice flip phone. Big buttons easy to read. Small to fit into belt leather case. display is easy to read. Great for older people that don't want a smart phone.
