Excellent salesperson who approached as we came to the department. He listened carefully to what type of phone I needed. He took me right to the phones and showed me the one that matched my general phone use, He did not waste my time with higher level phones, Excellent !!

If you want yo save yourself a lot of aggravation DO NOT BUY. This phone is not user friendly. There are way to many steps to get where you want to be.
Best buy was great with purchase and activation. The phone is a TERRIBLE TO USE but it is durable, it did hold up well after being thrown newmerous times.

A very handy basic phone to control your son's or daughter's ability to text, phone other's or control their internet access. Very sturdy and hard to destroy too.

Very awkward to handle. Did any designer try to flip open this thing with one hand? Even TWO hands?
Too smooth: slides in your shirt pocket very easily but slides back out even quicker when you lean over. And pops out of your hands as well. This should be called a Slip Phone. User guide and on line info is very poor and incomplete. Ring tones are pitiful. I do like the large keys. At least this uses the same charger as the old phone I was forced to replace.

I used it for a month and was incredibly happy with it before it suddenly stopped turning on one morning. Haven’t been able to use it since. KaiOS is dodgy anyway. You get what you pay for and I tried to be cheap and paid for it. :(
