This flip phone is better than any other one I have had

I bought this telephone for a specific reason. I haven’t used it much yet.

The phone is proof that you get what you pay for. Texting is difficult and forget about using it while simultaneously talking; the phone couldn’t handle it. It was difficult to hear people who called me or who I called. I returned it and Best Buy is proof that Highway Robbery is alive and well. This phone won’t sell so they charge a restocking fee equal to half what the phone cost.

looks simple . not easy to open for kids as i purchase for my kid

Worth the money. Will buy again if the need arises.

Simple and basic for elderly that doesnt use smart phones. Still think theres too many smart features on this flip phone

I bought this for a bed ridden friend because the smart phone was too complicated. It didn’t work out too well. It was still too hard for him to use.

If you don't need a phone that does everything but drive your car this is the phone to get, I have called all over the US and Mexico using this type of phone and at $15.00 a month kind of hard to beat.

This is an outstanding basic phone. Verizon ended its 3G network and this phone has provided better call quality and connectivity than one of the only flip phones they provide. This has been great for my aging mother.

Bizarre and juvenile sounding ringtones, each one of them more ridiculous than the other. Also, there is no caller ID that comes up on the phone when it is ringing, yet it appears only after the person hangs up -so if you’re looking to answer a call instead of a spam call you won’t know that until the end. Overall, the flip up section is cheesy, feels very cheap like it won’t last. I think it’s over priced for what it is but if you’re not willing to go the route of a smart phone, then you get what you get.

I like it. Perfect if you want to keep a flip phone.

I like the phone! However big drawback and will be returning it due to lack of display option. Loaded all my contacts but when they call you, you only see the phone number and not who it is on the display. Disappointing and step back in technology available today.

It wouldn't come on . I tried everything the online support told me to do but it never worked. Now Its abit past the return policy so I can't return it . I'm out the cost of the phone ! Ive No money to buy another phone ! I feel ripped off ! Best buy sent me a defective Nokia flip phone and then tells me i can't return it because it's been a few days past their return policy. No exceptions right best buy?! My Mom died before she got to use her new phone because it arrived broken. Mr best buy enjoy my money ...shame on you

Broke after owning it for 5 months. One day it just wouldn't turn on and there was no repair for it. Luckily I have coverage through Best Buy so they replaced it for nothing. It frequently shut off on me and was never a reliable phone. I then had to take the time to transfer all of my contacts into the new one as flip phones don’t transfer like an iPhone does. I also lost all of my texts. I only took the same phone in replacement because it was the only way Best Buy would cover the cost. Otherwise I would not have purchased this phone again. Do not recommend.

Works with mint mobile well, though volume control has been tricky for my elderly dad

Exactly what my husband likes in a phone. He has no need for anything fancy and this suits him perfectly. Was easy to get set up also. Switched out his SIM card and it was up and running.

Not to shabby! Just what I wanted! It’s not as easy as i thought to find a flip phone!
