The quality is so cheap, battery life is not that good in comparison with it’s function, the charging inlet most of the times do not hold the USB C charging cable. My advice, do not buy it:(!

Not a sturdy phone . Screen hinge broke in 4 months

Broke in a week, was initially so ecstatic. I wanted a phone simplistic and minimalist, but I guess you get what you pay for now.

Less intuitive than other flip phones. Things like ringtone volume settings buried deep in the settings menu.

I did a lot of research before I purchased the cell. I was told that this was able to have WhatsApp downloaded and it was not. I read online that you could, but it didn't. I called Nokia itself then they hung up in a middle of a conversation with no results. After dealing with it for 5 hrs, I gave up and returned it. If you don't need WhatsApp application or any other internet service, it wouldn't be bad to use. For the few days I had it it looked ok.

Returned the product without using in its original packaging and they're only willing to give me half the money back. Make sure you want this before buying online!

Never receieved. Will cancel this order. Shipping stopped in grove city ohio.

I've had this for 3 months and it will not charge anymore. It is way past the return window so I just have to take this as a loss.

I bought it less than 6 months ago. Now it wouldn’t turn on.

The flip phone that we bought didn't receive texts so we had to return it.

This phone is not easy to navigate for an older person and only the telephone number shows on the outside display.

Not what I expected for a flip phone that came with no instructions, screen was not as clear as I thought it should be.

In the list of Q & A's it was mentioned that WhatsApp lite can be installed. But got the phone and found out that there is no Whatsapp lite in the store. Searched for all possible combinations of the words "Whatsapp lite". But no results. Later figured out from Reedit that, Version 2 supports Whatsapp but this is version 3.1. Returning as soon as finding this out!

Don't Buy! Dropped network connection 90% of the time. people kept on complaining that my phone was off, when actually it's on.

Was guaranteed this phone was unlocked, and woukd work with any network. I bought 2 phones fur my mom and brother in Brazil! They eont recognize the sim cards and will not connect to the local networks. Im out nearly 200 bucks now, as I am still in Brazil padt the return date. Dont waste your money like I did!
