It shuts off randomly & hD to be restarted which is very annoying since she is in a nursing facit& we have to drive there every time it “isn’t working” again. You definitely get what you pay for. I don’t recommend it.

I tried to program the buttons and they made some weird sound, Then my sim card did not want to work with it, not sure why since its Unlocked. I have purchased Phones from Best Buys before but this was not a great experience.

But it does, with no parental controls whatsoever. We can’t even uninstall YouTube. We wanted to return, but the return window closed before one month of the purchase, so we’re stuck with it. Not buying online from Best Buy again.

The battery is weak, performance is terrible the google integration is terrible. The flip phones i had growing up YEARS ago ran better. I wanted to like it but i hate it.

That’s both LTE and GSM that it won’t work with. Waste of money. The sales person had zero knowledge and acted like he didn’t have time to help with this.
