For the price it is a decent phone, I purchased it wishing to walk away from social media and wasting my time and found it here. Because the lack of a mobile hotspot and decent maps however, I may soon be upgrading to its pricier but more complete brethren. The operating system of KaiOS also allows for raw MP3s to be played which is both a blessing and a curse.

Not the phone I thought it was it’s unlocked but it only has two languages i expected more from this phone because my inlaws are Asian and I think every phone should come with multiple languages because we’re not in the past this is the future where every country has different languages

I didn't buy this phone for use with the internet, although it has many internet capabilities. I wanted a user-friendly flip phone and found it much moreso than my previous flip phone. I took my SIM card out of the previous one, slipped it into this one, and was good to go (except my contacts didn't transfer :( I have not tried the camera yet. Phonecalls have good sound quality. Keys are large. I like it.

Honestly loving the switch from a smartphone to this. Even though it is a "basic phone" i dont feel like im missing anything. It has everything I need.

I have had one of these for four months now. I use it with T-Mobile's $20 unlimited talk and text plan. NO DATA. And I still cane use Google Maps, Google Calendar, and Google Search. The Maps is slow, but gives directions and on-map path. The Calendar is a bit glitchy, sometimes it doubles events, but it syncs. Search allows you to see the results, even switching to Images, Shopping, and the rest. You can't visit any of the sites the results point to, but you can read the Google Search results. It's a slow processor, but what other dumbphone does all these things? It's a God-send for us dumbphone users.

Bought for my mother-in-law as replacement for existing flip phone. Bigger buttons, easy one button dialing for family and friends. Was a no brainer. Received it, got sim card, set it up, tested all functions and next day mailed out to her.

I was looking for a phone with only text messages and call options. However it does have 1) WiFi 2) internet 3) social media options. I wish I would have know before hand of ther other options because I did not want anything else on the phone. The additional features are not listed anywhere on the device or online. It wasn’t until we set up the phone that we saw everything else available.

Easy to use, but a bit flimsy feeling. Nice size. Like that it answers when it’s flipped open.

This phone is perfection. The functions and looks were exactly as expected. Easy to learn and big buttons for ones with bad eyesight. I was surprised that the camera was decent (for a flip phone)

Exactly what I was looking for. My husband refuses to move up to the more advanced products that makes life a little easier, he just wants to stay with simpler items. With this phone he is able to operate it without having a lot of technology problems, but I am still able to go online and take care of what I need to.

Phone seems well made with large buttons and good display size and clarity. Price is pretty high for what you get but they had it in stock for same day pick up. The only complaint I have is the SIM and micro SD card slots. There is a metal keeper that has to be raised to insert the cards but the lock tabs broke when I raised them. I had to tape the cards down to secure them. Also pay attention to the SIM orientation, you actually insert it backwards in the slot.

Ordered online, customer service was great. Set up pn the phone was easy.

Bought this for my father to use since he only likes flip phones (lol), rather easy to use but the technology is a bit dated. Still easily the best flip phone on the market right now.

Grandma is very pleased with this phone. Big buttons, loud ringer, and ease of use all make this a great option for seniors.
