I could not just insert my AT&T sims card and have the contacts appear. Went to AT&T store and also had a nice man at Best Buy try to get the contacts to appear but no luck so I returned the two phones.

Very cheap, take care not to drop. Speaker phone is relatively quiet with cheap sound - difficult for us slightly hearing impared veterans to hear. NOT made to last. Not water resistant. For the price, I have seen better quality walkie talkies for children. I am afraid to drop this one time. Rear panel pops off way too easy with finger nail. No floor models to see, $45 restock fee for returns 10 minutes later just to look and see if it works for you.

Do Not buy it, in the description, it says that is Verizon compatible, but it is not. See description bellow:
"Network Compatibility
Compatible with Verizon, plus GSM carriers including: AT&T, T-Mobile, Cricket, Simple Mobile, Total Wireless, TracFone, Mint Mobile, Ting Mobile. Check details with your carrier."
I learned this the hard way, and on top of that, I had to pay 40 USD approx for restoking fee for their mistake.

Two months of ownership. Phone started acting like you were continuously pressing key or menu ring when trying to text or go to menu. This made it hard to text or use menu ring. Seen on the internet others having same issue.
The volume rocker is easy to push or bump in your pocket and you turn the volume down accidently and don't know you are getting a text or call.
Hard to open with one hand. To slick no were to easily access the split between two halves.
I liked the phone and would have kept it if the key pad and menu ring had not have wigged out.

Good as new, timely shipping and service. Does not come with a memory chip although it has a slot for one - have to purchase that separately if you need it.

The phone indeed works as a phone; however, the calendar events fail to alarm when scheduled. I've reloaded them time after time and seems the first alarm works, but anything scheduled after that just won't work. All the resets, restarts, battery removal and repower fails to correct the issue. Very disappointing.
