I love it. Just a few small software features that would be fantastic, but overall It's great. Got it to be a bare minimum phone, and it's what I was looking for.

Incorrect product description. Did not work with my spectrum sim card

Worked fine on my Verizon account. Changed over in minutes. If you still have physical sim card. Un plug from world. Doee have internet and other wi capabilities. screen is small and typing very hard. Keyboard options to use numbers has predicted text . Turning off and going to old school would be easier. Never stays same style of texting . Even in same message. Had to go back to smart phone was purchased for camping trip that didn't want to risk $1000.00 phone. Still could get text and calls with now issue. There is a restock fee so it just sits on shelf and backup if I break my current phone between upgrades.

Work as a basic phone. Internet is next to impossible to use

My wife is adamant that cell phones are for talking on, nothing more. Her last flip phone wouldn't work at our house, and our provider wasn't being helpful, so a quick trip to BestBuy took care of it. Now she's happy and so am I.

Easy “out of the box” set up and performs exceptional well! Bought it for my spouse who refuses to use a smartphone, and she is completely happy with it.

Works well accomodating my basic needs ie; making and receiving calls and messages. Will not allow me to set up my email but that is a minor issue as I email from my computer at my residence.

This is a basic flip phone for someone who cares little about bells and whistles. But if you have vision issues or spend time outside in bright light, the display isnt really readable. The letters are tiny and blurry.

It works really good, very convienent for my grandma. Works well and universal charger for andriod.

Best. Flip phone. EVER! Seriously. I got it mainly to take a break from my smart phone. Elegant, wonderful, and easy to use. Would recommend!

Just right for my needs! Little different than my last but working it out.

Bought for my aging mother to replace the iPhone she was struggling with. Adding phone numbers to it was a constant tedious struggle, calling numbers from the contact list was a massive pain. What should be a simple device that lets you make calls, receive calls, and store phone numbers has a bloated mess of an attempt to adapt a smartphone OS to a device without a touch screen. To top it all off, it's got awful battery life and struggles mightily with making calls, even with wifi calling.

Works great and fills our need. Nice that is has some games to pass the day.
