Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I use this as a 2nd/backup phone, for relatively light stuff like Youtube Music, a Bible Reading app, listening to NPR..etc. There is very little lag when migrating between tasks. Compared to my Galaxy S10, the phone comes with its navigation buttons at the buttom, turned off; I hated that, but was able to find a video on YT that showed me how to turn them back on. The battery life seems pretty impressive but I'm still putting this little baby through its paces so I'll see what happens in a couple mths.

I'm happy with this phone as with any Nokia product that I've purchased. HOWEVER, I am totally peeved by the fact that I order the phone in CYAN and for the second time, Best Buy shipped me a Charcoal phone. I gave the phone to a family member and I will be ordering the CYAN phone for the 3rd time from another vendor, since Best Buy apparently don't know the difference in colors! I would rate this phone higher but for the fact that I did not get the color order (twice)

What's going on with Best Buy?

What it is about is the same issues others have posted about. Ordered cyan and received charcoal. Box seal had been peeled open also. Don't know what's going on but it's obviously intentionally being done by Best Buy.

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Recieved wrong color 3 times, and two of them i had shipped to the store were opened by the store, the one i had shipped to my house was not opened but still wrong color, and management did nothing to figure a resolution to these issues, only pushed me towards a different brand. Phone is great option.
