    I cannot recommend this phone. I am a HUGE Nokia fan. I love the design and the camera. I want ZEISS optics. The problem is, this phone soes not have QI charging. It cannot keep a call switching from 4G to wifi and back. When on a call, and there is another call, the volume drops to less than half the current. The worst issue is, this phone cannot receive an mms-picture message-if not on wifi. Do not waste your time and money, and that warning is from a die hard Nokia fan.

    Looks great. The phone is heavy. The overall performance of the phone is underwhelming Switching between apps can be extremely frustrating and major lag issue. Still waiting for my android 10 update. Camera is average. Price point should be $50 less. Should have gotten another huawei / honor phone. maybe spend a little extra and test out a Motorola phone. Will probably buy another nokia phone again, but hey i will get android updates for 2 years... if i every get an update.

    Bought this as replacement to a dropped Pixel 3a. Very, very underwhelming in comparison. Far slower. Somewhat buggy - certain notifications not showing up consistently, finger print sensor not as good. Wish i spent $100 more for a better phone.

    I cannot receive my text messages and have lost a lot of business due to this. I thought Nokia was a good brand but even my son's Nokia 8.1 has broken. I'm very disappointed with this brand!

    At first the phone was great. AFter using for about 2 wseeks it started loosing battery life within 15 mins after using. It is now getting hot all the time. I am going to return.

    Nokia has to do better . The camera has some issued , I talked to the costumer services about the issues ,I think is a factory problem , but I still got the 45 dollar stocking fee

    I got this product with hair all over, very nasty, after cleaning it up just to realize the phone was locked not unlocked as it says.
