It is a pretty phone with a good camera, but AndroidOne is annoying to work with and it only lasted 8 months before failing. It is being sent in for possible warranty work after possible failure of the cellular antenna. It hasn't been overly abused so if what little bumping around in life it experienced was enough to damage it I don't recommend buying one if you ever take it out of a padded room. Customer service has been very helpful, but I don't know if it will be fixed and I don't think I would buy another.

    Was Good Until...

Was a great phone and still runs good. But after only of a month having it, the Fingerprint reader completely stopped being recognized by the system and phone itself. It's not that it does not recognize my fingerprint, but instead, the whole phone actually does not recognize that there is a reader installed on it. Before that happened the phone was great. Face ID worked pretty good. The fingerprint reading was quick until this happened. The system runs smooth and the amount of storage you get is great. The screen clarity is really good even though it is only 1080x1920. And the camera is really good as well. You get an one year warranty. However the phone will either be repaired or replaced with a refurbished device and I have never had luck with refurbished devices. Shame. My Honor 6x ran for 3 years with no issues. I got the Nokia because the Honor was starting to finally run slow and the camera was not good on it. Hopefully the refurbished device runs good. We will see what happens.

Love the way it feels, looks and more importantly functions. Very smooth and love the way I was able to transition from my old Nokia 6 to my new Nokia 7.2 very quickly. Camera and display looks sharp and great. For those looking for a "vanilla version" of Android. Nokia does make a great phone for the price. Instead of paying Google Pixel price for a large screen phone the Nokia 7.2 is a great alternative especially when on sale. This phone can't be beat.

I wanted to get the best phone made, but did not want to spend $1000+ I will likely do that 6 months from now, but also needed a phone that can record good video in interior low light settings. The Nokia 7.2 seemed to be a good value with 128gigs of storage, unlocked, and multiple cameras. I took that chance and for $350. I could not ask for any thing more. It met my expectations and exceeded some others. Sure that camera is not the same as the flagship $1000 phones out there, but for $350, it is around a 8 out of 10 in quality. That will be enough for my needs now, while giving me a chance to see if I really need anything more.

I have had a Nokia for years. Even during the MS era. I was relieved to see them delivering an affordable solution. I would go five star but the glass is susceptible to scratches. So get a screen protector.

I bought this phone based on the demo mode that was running in the store. I was very dissatisfied with the lagging that I experienced out of the box. I had to change the launcher that came preinstallled (Quickstep) and together with the latest Android security patch, now it's a decent phone. On the bright side, it takes some amazing 4k videos and HD pictures with it's rear camera.

It's been 3 weeks and so far so good. I like the interface and. It having a navigation bar. Most functions are swipe or movement controls which I find interesting. Good camera and 128gb of storage is nice. Upset I had to format my memory card as my last few android phones were compatible.

I recently bought this phone for one of my parents and it is a really nice phone. If I wasn’t an Apple user I would have gotten one for myself. It is really easy to setup. Beautiful screen display and has both face and fingerprint recognition capabilities. I also love the fact that it comes with a lot of storage room. Battery life is also pretty impressive.

The cameras are great but it hurts that I can't simply put my ad card in it and just go you know?I have a 256gb sd card and when I put it on the phone it prompted me to wipe it. I contacted Nokia through their chat app and they said the phone simply shouldn't do that and suggested that I factory reset it especially since it's brand new. Literally just bought the device today. So I did as suggested with no avail. It still wants me to wipe my card and I'm not doing that. I already wiped my throw away card just to see if it would go through with it. They also suggested that I try to mount it as internal memory but when I did that, it basically is what lead me to having my throw away card wiped.

The Nokia 7.2 is a great choice if you are concerned about security and reliable updates. Android malware is a real threat that you should take very seriously. Identity theft and having your bank account emptied is not a joke. The Nokia 7.2 is part of the Android One program that guarantees 3 years of security updates and two years of O.S. upgrades which gives it an immediate security advantage over non Android One phones. If you are like me and hate tons of stupid bloatware both removable and unremovable then you will love that there is Zero bloatware on this and ALL of Nokia's phones. The 128Gb storage is also quite nice. The screen is 1080p and is very nice to look at. The power button also doubles as a notification alert as it flashes a white light when you have messages but is not at all distracting. You should ALWAYS buy a case for your phone to protect it from damage - don't be cheap. I recommend getting a clear case so you can still see the notification light I just mentioned as well as show off this beautiful phone. The 7.2 feels good in the hand and has a premium look with a frosted glass back that refracts light as you turn it. The color of the phone is beautiful without being garish. The onboard speaker is adequate but not great. However, Bluetooth 5.0 works great with wireless speakers and headsets and you also get QUALCOMM's APT X technology to fill out the sound. Battery life is solid for the AVERAGE user. If you are constantly on your phone gaming or non stop video then you may want another phone. If you are like me and watch occasional videos or movies and talk and surf the web then the battery is perfectly fine. I got this phone on sale for $250.00 dollars and for that price it is a steal. I have not tried out the cameras yet but I have read that they are also great at this price point. So far I really like my Nokia 7.2

Purchased this phone for a T-Mobile line. Repleaced it with a Samsung because I have had issues with this phone.. I have had issues with calls when connected to wi-fi. Issues with connecting to my truck properly. Aside from that, its got lots of storage. Decent camera. Love the green.

In magazine articles I read, specs. listed as being 5G, wireless charge capabilities. Even though these are only the major features listed, I've liked the phone so far. Might be time for a MPS (Multiple Platform System). p.s. the device was also supposed to be dual sim equipped. NOPE. Some are, and some aren't.

OK basic smartphone, but afflicted with the worst incarnation of Android OS I've had the misfortune to encounter. The Nokia branded version of Android is horrible. Nothing works as it does on other Android OEM versions. Apps that run ok on other similar androids do not work well on this phone. Despite the fact it is a basic uncluttered Android not saturated in bloatware like Sams**g and others, performance is lackluster at best. I wanted something as close to pure Android as possible, without bloatware and permanently attached apps, but unfortunately this phone was a big disappointment in Android implementation and functionality. There are some good points: As a phone, it works well. Calls are clear and easily heard even in noisy environments. Even better, RF performance is excellent, across all bands from 4G LTE to the 2.4 & 5 GHz WiFi bands. In fact, it is the most sensitive phone out of the last 8 or 9 I've had. It's much better in signal capture than any of the big name brands I've had. Only my old Huawei Mate 9 had comparable RF performance, and that was on fewer 4G bands. WiFi reception is outstanding - best I've ever seen. VoLTE calls and WiFi calling work great, unlike some others I've tried. Unfortunately, that's about it for the pro's of this phone. Sadly, it's saddled with a hamstrung OEM variant of Android that lacks much. There are no huge issues, such as constant crashes or hangs that are problematic on others... but too many little issues that just irritate me to the point of not wanting to use the phone. Example - bluetooth connection to devices is buggy, iffy, and unreliable. When connected to an audio device (such as BT speaker), the volume control lacks sufficient discreet increments to be useful. IE, it's either too loud or soft. Apparently the audio DAC is 3 bits wide (ie, has 8 levels). That's insanely low, and absurdly bad design. Never seen any phone with that poor a DAC audio level selection. Overall, solid reliable phone with excellent reception and call quality. RF performance is one of the best I've seen yet. But, as a smartphone, it fails on too many fronts to be a contender for anything but a cheap, disposable phone - and it's too expensive for that.
