    It's a good phone, I don't have complains to Best buy in how they sold it, I have complains with the company that created the phone, just that.

    The phone overheats, freezed, have not option to clear all the notification at once, the front camera show my frekles darker than their original color, the speaker and mic are too close both on the bottom of the phone when I have video calls the other person gets feedback sound, the mic is not good, I'm so disappointed.

    These are affordable and fairly decent phones. Nothing too fancy. The first one I had gave me problems and had to be replaced after about a year. I've had this one about a year and a half. Battery life isn't the greatest anymore. Not sure if it is an issue with the phone, or an app.
