    Great hardware, horrible software that crashes. I love Nokias, in their prime day they had the best of both worlds, but seems like these phones are getting a discounted processor and Camera, which when it works takes great pictures, but crashes often and needs to be restarted.

    Camera application that comes with phone is garbage. Using open camera or 3rd party app camera works great. Freezes a lot. Can't handle multi tasking. Snapchat app crashes 2 times a day calling for phone reset at each occurance.

    Good phone, seems to work well. Despite some reviewers saying it was not compatible with Verizon , it IS and works . Screen is excellent, Android system and easily updated from my old phone (still operating with battery swelling up)...No complaints .

    My Samsung Note 8 quit working well and I didn't find a flagship that I liked. I ended up with this Nokia for the time being and it was inexpensive enough that I can replace it in 6 months or a year if I find a phone I like better. So far, the performance is excellent.

    Nokia 7.2 got off to a rocky start on the launch with Android 9, but the upgrade to Android 10 fixed most of the issues. A few glitches here and there, but they are being ironed out. Incredible value with solid build.

    Pathetic phone,does not support apps,always show the sign that the app stops working.amazon,target,facebook,instagram apps are the most affected ones. Messes up with whatsapp and photo gallery.its software messes up and phone goes on factory reset mode. In short it's a twisted phone.dont waste your money on it.i haven't got the warranty and now I am suffering. Nokia used to be my only choice till lumia series not it has lost its charm.
