I wish to give zero starts if there was a chance, the worst phone that i bought in my life. Its very very slow, the apps take forever to open, the other person on the call wont be able to hear our voice properly, touch is terrible, calls get dropped. Its the worst as it can be. If Nokia stopped making good phones, they should not make phones at all. I wouldn't want my worst enemy to use this phone. This is just for 2-3 days emergency phone that's it.

I is a basic phone and its easy to use but its a little slow

It a very basic and enough for emergencies. The processor is very slow, but in general; not too bad for the price.

My husband likes this phone so much that is why when he broke the first phone (he dropped it) he wanted me to biy the same one. Easy to use phone

Worst phone ever. The phone is so slooow, the apps crash most of the time and have to wait atleast 4 mins to open and be functionable. I initally picked it up to use it as a secondary backup phone but it is not even right on its basics. Had to buy another used phone from backmarket. The phone is sitting idle today.

It was a very shocking experience buying this product from Best Buy. And I am frustrated about the refund policy. I went to Best Buy for an unlocked phone to be used in Bangladesh. The representative suggested buying the Nokia C300. I have no idea about that product (I should not have since I just wanted something to use in Bangladesh). But unfortunately, I could not use that phone in Bangladesh. Whenever I came back to Best Buy to discuss this issue, the representative was stating that the product was not for Bangladesh. It is frustrating to be treated like that (whenever I clearly stated I want an unlocked phone to use in Bangladesh). I asked to get a refund, but the refund policy was for 14 days. I asked for a replacement—there is no replacement. At last, I asked for a trade-in. The representative declared the trade-in amount is zero (0) dollars!!!!!!!! It is painful for a graduate international student like me.
