    I’m really disappointed in Best Buy, I have always bought my stuff from their stores, I ordered unlocked phone to be sent to Africa and they sold me locked phone. Funny enough I can’t return this phone because it’s all the way in Africa, this is complete scam from Best Buy. Now this product is a white elephant, waste of money. Hope they do something about it.

    Horrible, horrible horrible phone could barely text anyone and when I made phone calls, it only allowed me to talk for two minutes and then cut off my call every single time never ever will buy a Nokia in my life

    I bought this phone to use overseas, but I found out that it does not work in some countries; though, it says that it is unlocked. I should have known better to not waste my money since I was no able to return it after 15 days!
