I use it for YouTube Spotify no thing hardcore or fancy works great. I bought a refurbished and when I use speaker people on other end can't hear me other than that it's cool

I make calls I can barely hear and the other side can barely hear me!! then it will just drop the call or turn off completely and restart!! I was using maps and the whole phone shut off!!! I had to pull over to wait to restart my trip! this could have caused a wreck!!!
