Didn’t really pay attention that it was a refurbished phone . But anyways the phone was and is a piece of junk . She can’t even use the speaker phone . Push the speak button the phone hangs up . Then when she talks on the phone regularly. You can’t hear her . It just goes in and out . This was the first time I have ever had a bad experience with Best Buy . Will never do that again . I know my moms on a fixed income . But that will never happen . She will just have to do without . Because that’s what she’s doing now

Increasing timeout to 10 minutes helps as does keeping phone active, but happens as soon as screen goes off.

Not a problem at all, this phone is lickity split with it's responsiveness and didn't come with a bunch of bloatware from what I can tell. All around a pleasant purchase. Would buy again! Especially for this price!
