The problem is that Nokia, in their infinite wisdom decided to lock this phone down completely bricking it if you forgot your screen pin. You can't even factory reset it. My daughter forgot her pin and not the phone is totally bricked and useless. I get locking it down in case it is stolen, but factory reset should always be an option.

Phone on the speaker is so choppy I had to buy a Bluetooth I will be returning this phone. I'm hard of hearing and I couldn't even hear the person on max speaker volume. Can't hear the ringtone. Don't buy.
