Everything seems to go great. Until it's not anymore. A document that I was working on for 2 days with lost. Forever. When I clicked on the link from the program it started saying No Such link exists so I called the company. They did an update and the link was back there. Yet my two+ days worth of work on this document was not. They said that some things are saved in the program and some things are saved on your computer. I said okay great. After 2 hours on the phone with them with this man speaking with a supervisor it was a lost cause. We found the files for the documents but when you try to click on them it says that the document doesn't exist anymore. I wasted all this money and all this time on the stupid program. All this man could do is say... I'm sorry. This was such a waste of time and I would not recommend this program to anyone. The Program with not expensive so I guess you get what you pay for.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Unfortunately, my in-laws got this product to try to create their own documents. In court, the document wasn't any good according to the judge. At this point, it's too late. BEWARE! What you may think is a "good" experience now may not be a good experience for your family in the long run.
