Good dumbells for light workouts

These are nice dumbells with an easy to use mechanism to adjust the weight. They are very high quality and perfect for light workouts. It also comes with a tray but no stand so make sure you have a table or a spot on the floor.

I was searching for a minimalist type dumbbell and these worked perfectly for me. I have been using them with BBOD programs and they are easy to adjust. Just note- only one dumbbell per order.
