This 5-1 dumbbell replaces five sets of dumbbells by indeed adjusting in 10-lb increments as mentioned in the product features. You can adjust from 10, 20, 30, 40, and 50 pounds to find the perfect resistance for your fitness level.
Each dumbbell is sold separately, so you will receive one per purchase.

The 2.5 and 5 lb plates on one of the DBs is stuck and won't unrelease. Customer service was no help and if you have problems outside of the 90 day window you're out of luck. And part of the plastic on the weight started breaking off as well. Buyer beware.
