I have owned this treadmill for a couple of weeks and have only positive things to say about it. I have been very impressed with the quality and durability of it. I have mostly used this for run/walk workouts so far and have been very pleased. I love the level of incline and was pleasantly surprised with the decline option. I have never seen that before. The large screen is great with the iFit programs. It makes workouts go by a lot faster. The iFit programs are amazing! I love that there is a workout for anyone. I love having the fans on the treadmill, but I do wish they were adjustable. With my short stature, it blows right into my eyes.

Great treadmill, but can’t plug it in without blowing breaker. Nordictrack knows this is an issue because the user manual states, “May trip breaker”. Norditrack did sent a Arc Fault. But it still trips breaker. Nordictrack and Best Buy should be required by law to tell purchasers, it will trip breaker. I had no idea until it was too late to return. I don’t recommend a treadmill that you can’t use. Now I’ll have to hire an electrician to run a dedicated breaker for the treadmill. I think eventually someone will file a class action against Nordictrack.

I truly love this treadmill. The powerful motor, long running deck, larger touch screen display, easy folding deck, and ifit subscription make it so easy to love it. On top of all of these features is a powerful fan with multiple speed settings. These fans really make a difference in your comfort level as you get your sweat on during a workout. This treadmill will stand the test of time with its powerful motor, and the extra features make it enjoyable to use.

I am an employee of Best Buy and former NordicTrack 2450 user. Running on a gym treadmill is less than an ideal experience. Despite earnest efforts, workouts always manage to repeat themselves, day in and day out. The only difference in the typical, mundane treadmill run is the relative speed of the workout timer ticking towards 0, seemingly slower and slower each time. The NordicTrack 2450 Commercial Treadmill with the included 1 year of iFit coaching platform reinvigorates the treadmill workout. iFit trainers, through the 2450’s 10’’ HD touchscreen display virtually take runners across the globe, running through the streets of Italy, the beaches of Hawaii, or even alongside penguins in Antarctica all in the comfort (and in some cases warmth) of a user’s home. If virtual global exploration isn’t your thing, the LiveCast group treadmill studio classes lead by the top iFit trainers really get your heart pumping as the trainers control both the incline (ranging from -3 -12%) and speed (up to 12mph) of your treadmill throughout the workout. The greatest feature of the iFit platform though, is the Daily Recommended Workout, a treadmill session curated to my specific preferences based on previous workouts, or as I like to call it, the ultimate boredom prevention. The actual treadmill hardware is simultaneously sturdy while being light enough to fold into the “space saving” design, a key element for freeing up space in the home or enabling a quick vacuum cleanup . Meanwhile, the low impact cushion of the tread combined with the auto speed-matching fans simulate a true running experience all without leaving home. Eliminating excuses for not running, like rain, hail, or snow, is the only downside to the NordicTrack 2450 treadmill. Overall, the NordicTrack 2450, combined with the iFit coaching platform caters to all health and fitness enthusiasts and delivers a truly unique workout experience

In less than 2 years of owning, this treadmill has broken down 4 times. 2 times I was asked to change the panel myself and once technician had to visit to fix the same issue. Now it has broken down again and the symptoms are exactly the same. Absolutely hate purchasing this product.

I have used the NordicTrack 2450 treadmill for a couple of months now and feel like it hits the sweet spot for treadmills, a high quality product that will last for years within a reasonable price range. I’d consider myself to be a typical customer who is trying to increase and improve my exercise. While I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion, I’ve done my best to identify the key pros to the product as well as some suggestions: Pros: • Setup – They written instructions are very clear, it took me about 2 hours doing it by myself. Option to use app that shows each step via illustration. I did use on a step or two just to make sure I was doing it right • Value – As mentioned before, a treadmill at this price point is a significant investment so my expectations for quality and function are high. I like to break down the cost per daily use for products, it often helps me select the right quality vs price point. I have no problem seeing this last 5-10 years, making the daily cost under $1 per day. The quality of all the machine does not disappoint, it appears and functions as well as I hoped for. I’d suggest seeing if you could demo a few options at a gym or store (by Best Buy doesn't have any set up). Lower priced products didn’t match the quality and features of the 2450 for me. • SmartAdjust – I particularly like this function on a treadmill; where I can participate in an instructor-led class and adjust the running pace faster or slower. The machine (via iFit program) remembers my adjustments and adjusts the pace not just for that run, but for all classes. This is hugely beneficial as I really like certain instructors and workouts and can go back to my favorites weeks later but at a faster rate without having to go through a bunch of effort to adjust. • iFit Access –iFit is hitting the nail on the head in 2021; we’re at the crossroads with technology-enabling live, instructor-led classes in home. It saves me time having to commute to and from a gym. I’ve also picked up lessons from instructors in the classes, no it’s not a full time one-on-one coach but once again it strikes the balance for what I’m looking for • Screen and Connectivity – The 14” HD screen is very clear and makes the workout much more immersive. If you’re looking for an even bigger screen, the 2950 screen is 22” and has a bigger motor for a decent price increase. Once again, these treadmills will last for years so the value may be there for some. For me I’m happy enough with the 14” screen, it provides a large enough picture while running • RunnersFlex – I’ve had challenges with my knees and IT bands in prior training for races, I like the ability to adjust the ‘give’ in the deck some if needed • Fans – Pack a good punch for their size Suggestions: • Mobility – I can move the treadmill around when it’s folded up and balanced on the two wheels; given its weight, I wouldn’t have minded extra wheels or other mechanism to assist with moving the treadmill. I won’t do it often so not huge deal to me • My package arrived with the box pretty beat up. Everything was packed very well inside, there was no damage to the treadmill, but I can imagine the frustration of receiving a damaged unit. Not NordicTrack or sporting store’s fault per se, but something that could be a big damper

This thing is a beast! Once assembled, the console stands almost as high as my wife, and that's the beginning of the high-end experience on this treadmill. Everything about it screams premium, and once you're in a live workout, the experience continues. Having the trainer dynamically adjust not just the incline, but decline makes the outdoor workouts feel just like you're there. It might be a little thing, but the dual fans really kick out some air and help tremendously during a workout. I'd absolutely recommend this as part of your home gym. I received a discounted product in return for my unbiased and honest feedback.
