I purchased this to replace a Proform that became too noisy. I only wish I had replaced it sooner. The iFit workouts are great, although I will have to see if I continue to use them after the free year. This is the quietest treadmill I have used, including professional treadmills at some gyms. The only negative is that Nordic Track opted to remove the web browser feature, so you can no longer exercise to you tube videos directly on the monitor or watch Netflix. Apparently, there is a hack that gives you this feature, although it may void the warranty, so I am steering clear for now. I would be careful in assembly, paying close attention to keeping screws only partially tightened until the end, particularly the four on either side of the arm to platform assembly. This will assure an easier time aligning the monitor unit. It is heavy, so be prepared to have help.

Purchased the 2450 this weekend and put it together in a couple of hours with a little help. The good: This treadmill seems very sturdy and has plenty of power for high speed running. IFIT is great and we love how it seamlessly adjusts incline/decline and speed during the interactive workouts. The bad: The bluetooth chest strap heart rate monitor is missing. I called NordicTrack and they told me that this accessory is not included in the box and must be purchased separately. I called BestBuy and they told me to return the treadmill in the box and exchange it for a new one. I tried to explain to them that the chest strap is not included in the box so it must be given as an accessory. Apparently BestBuy claiming that the chest strap is included is not true, They also offered me a $25 gift card, but that doesn't really help since the chest strap costs $80.

I got my NordicTrack treadmill about 2 weeks ago, and have done several workouts since then. Overall, I am very happy with this treadmill. As one who is only moderately mechanically inclined, it was easy to put together (took about 2.5 hours). This treadmill is solid. The running deck is nice and long and easily absorbs the pounding of running. The motor doesn’t have any lag and runs quiet. I love the dynamic incline AND decline of this treadmill. The display is huge and easy to navigate. It is easy to see metrics and tons of fun extras to keep you motivated. **I received this treadmill at a reduced cost for my unbiased review.

I’ve had our NordicTrack 2450 treadmill for a few weeks and have nothing but great things to say about its performance. I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion, I wanted to highlight a few features that I really like. First is the fans, while it may not seem like a big deal, I don’t know that I’ve ever used a treadmill with better fans. Having the extra air helps me a lot in my workout. Second, the enlarged belt size makes me a lot more comfortable that I’m not going to accidently misstep and fall off. Smaller sized decks always have me noticing how close to the back I am with my back foot; with the 2450 Treadmill that isn’t an issue at all. Third is the magnetic safety clip, I’ve had other plug-in safety clips that detached from me but never detached from the treadmill! I think that the magnetic clip found the right balance to stay in place when needed but will provide the safety if anything happens. Lastly, I like the commercial nature of the treadmill, while it is more expensive than some options out there, I see the value in having a machine that will be durable for many years to come.

I can't think of a better piece of equipment to have in a home gym or even a professional gym. I highly recommend this machine! What has blown me away the most is the absolute stability it still possesses when you have the full incline engaged. I do not feel it wobbling like many other machines I have used. If you aren't in to using the incline training like I am there are still so many options for training on this machine. Any age, ability, or level of physical strength could benefit from owning this machine. I am so happy to say that I can ditch my gym membership and still feel like I am getting a professional workout at home thanks to this treadmill. I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. This is not a commercial grade treadmill. The belt skips, jerks, and does not make even walking enjoyable. I bought this treadmill brand new, paid $2k for it. I have what you call the white Ifit screen of death. The screen is stuck on the ifit logo and the treadmill cant be used. Of course I am out of warranty, so i have a $2000 paper weight. Very Angry

I really like this 2 run on. It’s doesn’t hurt my feet. It doesn’t hurt my ankles. It doesn’t hurt my ankles. The impact control is great. It was easy to put together. Seem very well made. I really like the big screen. Great big and easy to see.

I'm done with ifit. We have a 2450 that's newer than a friend's 1750. They're on our plan. Guess what? Ifit told us our tablet doesn't have the functionality to access the apps but somehow the older lower model 1750 does. They reeled us back in with an email about the added functionality then we paid for a year only to be told ours doesn't have it. I'm done with ifit. They told us we'd have to buy another machine! I'm leaving a negative review everywhere bc I'm so over the lies

My wife wanted a treadmill at home to workout aince going to the gym with 2 children isnt an ootion. We settled on this one since we were offered a discounted rate for giving a unbiased opinion. It came with an ifit membership trial which has been awesome. It save all of your progress and gives you updates in their app. You're able take a leasurly stroll through Nashville or a more intense hike through scottland! The treadmill automatically inclines and declines according to the workout you are doing so you get the feel of actually being on location. It has bluetooth, a fan to cool off, speakers to play music, manual qorkout settings, etc. It also folds up to save space! Id highly recommended this one.

The “Commercial” grade treadmill that was only used at home with medium to light use has already failed. Won’t “boot” up. We had issues where it would flip to the highest speed on it’s own (very unsafe). My first treadmill lasted 18 years. This one lasted 3 years. Also, super slow interface - latency, delays, etc.

No more gm for me , love this treadmill better than what the gym has to offer. Mike Morrison Conroe Texas

Treadmill will not work without Wi-Fi connection. It will work without IFIT, BUT not without Wi-Fi. Makes it pretty useless if your internet goes down and you want to go for a run to pass the time. Cannot use headphones with this unit. The audio jack is only for audio in... You cannot even sync Bluetooth headphones to it.. If you are running it is hard to hear the coach. You cannot sync the IFIT app to the device either. I paid a lot of money for this treadmill to not even get the basic stuff. I would not suggest this treadmill to anyone.

This machine gets great reviews, but they all appear to be from people that reviewed a short while after purchase, and my experience is that it's not durable in the long-run. When buying this machine, I contacted NordicTrack to find out about the warranty, and was told that the machine would be automatically registered to my name for the extended warranty and the 10 year motor warranty. The motor failed after fairly light use over just over 3 years, which I would not expect from a supposedly premium product, and they are refusing to even consider honouring their motor warranty. Do yourself a favour and buy a machine from a company that will treat its customers properly, and provide a machine that doesn't break down prematurely.

DO NOT ORDER! I ordered this on May 11th because it said in home delivery & installation would be within a week. In home was set up for May 28th. I was contacted and told this needed to be cancelled. Was rescheduled for June 3rd between 7am-1pm. Was called the night before to confirm delivery from 8am-11am. Was called at 9:41am and told they would not be able to make it. Was told the appointment should've never been scheduled because they were not going to be in the area. MR SOS is the installation company. There is no phone number you are allowed to have to contact them. Last Mile Logistics is who was supposed to deliver the item. They also said they were never supposed to be in the area and that the appointment should never have been scheduled. I ordered treadmill for physical rehab from intense ankle surgery. I had to miss work in order to receive delivery. Couldn't miss another day. Had to cancel order. Have been on phone now for over 40 minutes just trying to cancel order and get to the right department.
