Treadmill works fine but i regret the purchase because the ifit interface is so slow and unreliable. It essentially holds you hostage and limits your use of the machine! And often won’t work at all!!

Been an excellent purchase so far. A big task putting it together, but once it's up and rolling, it makes working out easy.

Item arrived & delivered. Unfortunately the paid installation never arrived. I took the day off from work and waiting during the scheduled time frame, with no one from the company to call or reschedule. Very disappointed in this company and how their customer service has failed.

The NordicTrack Commercial 2450 Treadmill is a good treadmill for a home gym. The instructions for the treadmill were a bit confusing, but we were able to put it together correctly. I LOVE the iFit app. We signed up for the family plan and it's great that my husband and I can both have our own profiles for our workouts. The screen is plenty big on this treadmill--which is awesome for the workouts where you are hiking around the world because it makes it feel more realistic, but I didn't like how close I was to a screen that size while working out. The machine runs really smooth and isn't noisy at all. The treadmill inclines very smooth too. Overall, I like this treadmill and I am excited to continue to use it to workout, along with the iFit app. I was given this product at a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.

For a big buy like me, moving up to a commercial quality treadmill is a game-changer. As a 52-year-old 6'4" man with a bad knee from an old ski injury, walking has become my main option for cardio, and this machine truly excels. The spacious deck and cushioning technology provide a comfortable surface that's gentle on my knee, allowing me to stride without added strain. The variable incline features are very responsive. I can adjust the slope to mimic a challenging hike without leaving the comfort of my home, getting my heart rate up without aggravating my knee. What truly motivates me is the iFit hiking feature. As someone who enjoys the great outdoors but needs to be mindful of my knee, this aspect has opened a whole new world. The ability to virtually trek through stunning landscapes, guided by experienced hikers, is exhilarating. It's like taking a hike through picturesque trails worldwide while being conscious of my knee's limitations. This solid machine will be a great companion during the long winter months when hiking outside isn't an option. My wife and I are building out a home gym for the first time. We have been looking at a treadmill to complete our setup and couldn't be more pleased with the NordicTrack. We have had it almost a full week and have done some sort of workout on it every day since setting it up that same day. While the setup wasn't lighting fast and did require some help from an additional friend, it wasn't difficult to do. We have been very surprised by how cushioning and forgiving the tread is on our joints. We don't feel as sore and tired as we have in the past. What we didn't expect was the overall design. It is streamlined looks very clean, and folds and moves around a room very easily. The Bluetooth headphone and heart rate connectivity are a huge plus as well. If you're in the market for a well-built reliable treadmill, this is it! This review was incentivized on this product.

I received this treadmill in exchange for my honest feedback. I have used this treadmill for various workouts including walking, HIIT, Hiking and endurance runs. This treadmill is great for those looking to get in any speed of interval training. It is quiet, easy to navigate and fold up. Only con is there is little space to put things like a phone or book if you want to use them while working out.

I have really enjoyed this treadmill. It is sturdy, has an amazing touch screen and folds up easily when not in use. The IFIT content that is available is definitely one of the selling points.

I’ve only had this treadmill for one week thus far, so I’m still learning how to use it. NordicTrack provides a variety of stations for background music, but I haven’t yet figured out how to choose my own music (short of using Pandora on my phone!). However, in the interest of full disclosure, I’m not very technologically savvy… This could totally be my fault! What I do love is the simplicity of the treadmill controls, the size and clarity of the screen, and the variety of workouts I can select. It’s actually almost dizzying how many options this treadmill provides! The filters are terrific and help narrow down the choices, and even within whatever workout I choose, I can adjust the incline and speed to further personalize my experience. Apparently, AI within the treadmill will eventually learn from the adjustments I make and adapt workouts to suit me even better! I have been enjoying experimenting with different walks, walk-runs, and manual runs; with its interesting scenery and motivational, educational instructors, this treadmill has reignited my love of running! Do not buy! Do you know what IFit an NoricTrack did to models prior to 2016? They did a software update to make them useless. I have a 2014 barely used machine that can't be used at all due to the update. No manual mode not reset button it is just junk. The company doesn't care, they will offer you $200 off a new machine and discounts on Ifit applications. Wow thank you after I spend $2000 and didn't get any use out of it. If they can do this from 2016 and make you repurchase they can do it again. There is a class action lawsuit going due to this reason.

I received the NodicTrack Commercial 2450 Treadmill (NTL19124) in exchange for an honest review and have found the treadmill and feature to be very responsive. Speeding up/slowing down and incline/decline transitions handle very smoothly with a seemingly naturally element as the treadmill adjusts

I love this treadmill. I have been considering purchasing a treadmill for a long time to help me with my fitness goals. My biggest fear was purchasing a treadmill and then never using it. I elected to purchase the Nordic 2450 due to the incredible screen and great workout options. Additionally, I invested in an iFit subscription to maximize my home workouts. I am extremely happy that I went with this machine versus some of the less expensive options. The quality, versatility, and overall experience have been a game changer for my fitness. What used to take me 20 minutes to drive to my favorite gym, is now steps away from me at home and I can knock out a quick run or inclined walk a few times a day. If you are considering whether to splurge for a commercial grade treadmill, I highly recommend the Nordic 2450. I just completed a 30-minute walk-run on my new NordicTrack Commercial 2450 Treadmill. Transitions on incline and speed were so smooth and convenient with their "one touch" technology available on either side of the screen (not sure they call it that, but that's how I think of it). I continue to like the feel of this machine... very solid and reminds me of fitness center quality. Toward the end of my workout, the built-in fan provided much needed relief! I'm having difficulty connecting my watch and phone to the treadmill; I'd like to capture my heart rate while working out. This was an incentivized review, but I’d recommend this product to friends with 100% confidence.

Really have been enjoying this treadmill. It has a really good design to allow for my home gym to be more functional. The space saving fold up feature has really come in handy, and the pivot of the screen allows me to do other workouts that are not on the treadmill. It offers some great classes, especially for beginners. Also like the decline/incline response and smoothness when adjusting. This is an incentivized review

Great when it worked but after 4 months the incline motor went out commission and the treadmill is stuck up. After 3 service calls and a technician coming out I still can't get it resolved (over a month and half of juggling support). I would never recommend Nordictrack to anyone after this experience.
