    Stay away from NordicTrack. Far away.

    This treadmill was an absolute nightmare. My first broke down in a few months, and now the second one is broken, too. Very cheaply made. NordicTrack is also one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had, if not the worst. Oh, and expect a lot of pressure to sign up for "iFit", NordicTrack's subscription service. The functionality of the screen is extremely limited without the iFit, close to worthless. If I can warn you away from NordicTrack, I've done you a favor. I will never be buying from them again, and I suggest you do the same. Lots of other companies to choose from.

    Beware of bestbuys poor service

    Purchased this to be delivered today. Took the day off work and waited all day for my delivery time. Finally when they arrived the techs said they could only deliver it and not set it up for me even though i paid 300 for set up. They had said this was an issue at an earlier delivery as well, and that they were not qualified to set it up and didnt have the correct tools. Why send techs that dont know how to set up the products when set up was purchased? And why not call me sooner to reschedule if they knew they wouldnt be able to set it up? Techs were also very rude, i ended up just refusing the entire order.
