i never write reviews. soooo disappointed with this product when it showed so much hope when researching it. first i arrived and didn't work, i fiddled around with some wires and it suddenly worked, clearly a loose connection. which seems to be what others are saying. i actually had arranged to get it replaced because the customer care team agreed it didn't;t work after trouble shooting. i have it done last fiddle and suddenly it worked. no confidence boosting. then the product itself. the whole point here is that you are buying a treadmill with a large screen it take to places to run, hike, workout. the resolution is so poor you can hardley make out anything. this has also appeared on other reviews. the running tread makes a loud noise every rotation. the app crashed multiple times and the UX is not design correctly for this device. if it and nordic have not finished the job properly here. i love a big screen, may many at home and cinema screens, but this screen is just a bit over the top, and especially pointless when the content is pixelated. i genuinely can't see how anyone can be satisfied with this product. i also think Nordic know this having spoken to the customer care team, i think they are inundated with complaints.

I have had this treadmill since May of 2020. It has been one nightmare after another. I have had to replace the controller three times, the power panel once, the incline motor once, the entire screen console once, and guess what? it's broken again. I can honestly say it's been broken for more time than I have been able to use it, Customer service is great, parts have been free, so the company seems very legit. However, the machine itself has not been worth the headache.

Do not buy this machine. Almost immediately the belt stops working after 5-10 minutes of running. I have done the reset, calibration and belt check. Nothing worked. Emailed and called customer service and got no response back. Do not buy this machine.

I have used this treadmill 3 times and that's it. Everytime I turn it on, the workout shows but the machine does not run. I keep having to reset it. I am very disappointed. Tried to get customer service and they wanted my credit card number to charge me.
