I got it on Sale during this quarantine. I was looking for a upright stationary bycicle from a good brand, and nórdicktrack is fine quality. Space saved. Easy to assemble. The only negative would be the AC plug cable. It can get damage easily.

LOCKED-Non functional

I purchased this item and was surprised to see a sticker prominently posted saying my bike will be locked until I sign up at Ifit.com. I get they want to sell memberships, so, I'm thinking this has to be optional, they can't hold it hostage till I provide my personal information. But they did. At that point, I was forced to make an account (tell where I live) and choose a membership level (provide credit card #) agree to monthly payments. Then there were some complicated steps to unlock the machine so that I could even hop on and give it a try. It was literally non functional. Customer care was unavailable and disconnected me. They literally held it hostage till I obeyed. I don't care if I have reduced functionality if I'm not a member. I just want to get on and get basic exercise, not climb Mt. Everest with a class.

We are sorry you have felt held hostage for iFIT membership for your exercise bike and that you got disconnected from customer care.
We do recommend trying the free trial to experience the one of a kind personal training, but if you prefer to not take advantage of the free iFIT membership, the machine can still be used in manual mode. Know that iFIT is not required in order to use your treadmill.
Activating your free iFIT membership trial requires a credit card to be on file although nothing will be charged to your card. This practice is in line with industry standard record keeping for digital memberships as can be found with free trials of streaming services and software subscriptions. You are welcome to cancel your membership at any time to avoid paying the subscription fee.
To receive faster service and discuss your concerns in more detail, please contact us at [email protected] with your personalized case number 1-R100880. We will look forward to helping you out.

The only thing between you and fitness is how long you can stand to sit in this wildly painful and uncomfortable seat. Right now, I’m rooting for no nerve damage!
The fact that you need an app just to get it started the first time is also outrageous.

Overall it’s pretty good. It didn’t take very long to assemble & was fairly easy. The only issue I had was getting the bike to turn on. You have to subscribe for the monthly plan however it did allow me to cancel it before I was charged. Even after registering for my free trial, the bike still didn’t let me use it. So I downloaded the iFIT app. It used Bluetooth to connect to my bike & worked right away. The key is to register on both the website & the app to use the bike in manual mode without the monthly subscription. Also the handles seem a bit wobbly, so I hope it’s sturdy enough.

This bike is great for the value. the instructions were a bit challenging but once you get it, it is very simple. It works great with various program. You have to sign up for a free iFit trial but there is no need to get any membership or to even enter a credit card.

Liking the bike, but I was frustrated that the instructions made it sound like you HAD to get iFit in order to for the bike to function. Luckily I didn't put my cc info in the app for the 30 days free trial since I figured out you don' t HAVE to have that in order for it to function. It looks like iFit is basically a coach/fitness app,

Excellent exercise bike. Highlights are the large padded seat and adjustments for comfortable biking. The display is a bit dated, but gets the job done. Wish it had an ipad shelf which are on more recent bike designs.

Great price for the product when it was on sale. Very smooth ride. I would highly recommend paying for the professional installation as it's challenging to assemble. Will definitely need a buddy to help you assemble it.

Overall bike easy assembled , comfortable and love the adjustable seat and console. Downfall, features require a membership, you can’t use bike to full potential without. The fan won’t even work! membership $13.99 per month . Bike will be a great purchase.

MembershipRequired
We are happy to hear that you easily assembled your bike and found it comfortable. We always appreciate hearing about how much our customers love their bikes.
We do recommend an iFIT membership to fully appreciate all the features this bike can offer. Free trials are offered with your purchase and can be canceled at any time. However, please know that iFIT membership is not required to use this bike and that manual mode does provide a good exercise experience.
It appears that the fan may be in need of a replacement. Please reach out to us directly at [email protected] with your case #1-R100907 and we will be happy to help you out.

First of all, I should have read reviews before buying, well just for manual biking, this is not worth the money. If you have to use features then the min membership is 15$ per month!
Second, the product itself is shaky, assembly by so called 'experts' was poor. The handle is shaking, its not properly aligned.
I am taking it back today to return!

This bike is great. The directions were a tad bit challenging, but I’m not a super mechanical person. It works great with 20 different programs, and the IFIT feature app works seamlessly with the Nike and my iPhone. I love it. It’s definitely a quality product and great for someone who works out daily. There are easy settings and challenges.

It does exactly what it was designed to do no frills just a good elliptical workout ... especially when you use the iFit app that connects to it. Seems to be pretty well made but it does take a while to assemble and you most likely will need another pair of hands while doing it... I know I did.

Overall it's great. Good build quality and easy to assemble. It's been used by my family about 2 hours a day for the last year and still going strong. The only issue is the straps on the pedals keep breaking.

It’s a great bike. Love manual controls but youmust join iFit to use it. Don’t like that. Heard they weren’t going to charge anymore. So my bike better work tomorrow. IFit is interactive and I don’t need that. I’ll be fuming and calling Best Buy and iFit if my bike doesn’t work. Today is suppisedlymy last day of iFit!

It was easy to assemble.. though I am very handy and extremely smart - so not 100% sure that everyone will have the same ease.. maybe 2% of buyers will be ok with put it together.. Great bike, I just wish I used it more..
