Don't be fooled in to thinking because this is NordicTrack it is good quality - It has been made cheaply and there are a couple of major issues with putting it together. Best Buy were great with delivery and are handling the return process really well given the Coronavirus pandemic - But I assure you this bike is not worth your money or time and effort putting it together.

I received a text that said my delivery would arrive at a specified time, then the day I’d received another text saying my delivery would arrive in 30 mins. Waited 2 hours and no delivery. I called and was told it was all electronic, my product wasn’t even on the truck or in the warehouse! AND I had to assemble on my own

Recently had knee surgery so I know it's not going to be easy, but level 1 is very hard to pedal. Even had a healthy relative use it and state that it was hard. Had to adjust the reed switch to get the console to track. Have reached out to Nordtrack multiple times for the resistance issue. Was told to adjust the link arm which may help with the resistance but there still would be resistance. Problem is there is not a video or instructions on how to remove the side shield and crank arm. People at Nordictrack have NOT been helpful. Will more than likely be returning it.

Prone to stress cracks under workouts. I have a Nordic track GX 2.5 older model with many years of usage. Heavy-duty tubing, more durable than this nordic track 27u. If longevity is important, in your decision-making, proceed with caution. My Nordic Track GX2.5 has given me many years of reliable service. This re-designed model is a no-buy in my book.

Not even an online Best Buy assistant could reach this installer by phone. My second installation date was on the next workday (Monday). This installer was very impressive and competent. He knew his job and he did it well. He deserves 5 stars!!! He was awesome!!

The seat has no ability to stay stationary and the handle is very shakey.
