I cannot tilt the console to reveal the two mounting bolt holes for the handlebar assembly. getting help is a long drawn out process that requires videos and photos of the problem. They fail to see the problem as depicted on the blowup diagram in the manual. They sent me a part that is just as useless as the one I already have. My wife is already hanging clothes on it!

Too expensive

And they also kept on changing delivery dates and not calling. Had to change my wotk schedule and baby sitter schedule 4 times just to receive the darn thing.

Defective or Cheap or Both
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My sister and I tried putting this together and the stem that holds the handles and screen wouldn’t screw in properly and the stem had so much play in it. The whole thing shook and it’s not sturdy. You can tell it’s very cheap. Definitely spend the extra couple hundred bucks and get the better one.
