Great way to start a new home fitness routine! Assembly was easy. Delivery service was excellent and included pre-notification of delivery. Love the iFit app too!

Bought this for my husband to replace one that was no longer working. It works great. Had a glitch on delivery but the bike itself is awesome!

Not too happy with the purchase. I had to contact Nordic Track twice for defective items, a dented bolt that anchors the foot and worse of all a defective tension motor. Nordic Track will be mailing these items, not sure when. A bad experience right at the start.

This arrived in a sealed box missing about half the pieces. It was early in lockdown so couldn’t take back to the store and BB was less than helpful. Tried the manufacturer who, after signing up for online service which also apparently triggered a subscription monthly charge I didn’t want, sent missing pieces but wrong ones. Three times later we got most of the bike. Still misding the little caps that cover the sharp metal but gave up. The console wobbles and ring tighten properly and the seat us uncomfortable. Other than that.....

Perfect for in-home use because it fits well in almost any room. Also easy assembly.

The delivery guys were very nice. I liked that one of the two was wearing a mask for their own safety as well as mine.

This will not work until you signup for an account. You can eventually figure out how to do that without a credit card. Then you need to activate the machine from the app. I almost returned it several times out of frustration.

This recumbent bike is very sturdy and reliable! Use it every day since the gyms are temporarily closed.

NordicTrack made quality bike. Entire family uses it during stay at home....thank you Best Buy.

Great exercise bike for the value. It’s helped with our shelter in place exercise program.

No problems with it works great alittle hard to put together its comfortable.

Easy to set up. Wish the fan blow harder but it all good for what it is.

Seat lock wont work. Seat moves side to side enough to be annoying. Would not buy again .

Picked it up for the stay at home but I would recommend spending more $ for a better product.

While the instructions aren't perfectly clear, mainly in regards to ensuring the seat is secured, its an excellent bike to keep your cardio going at an incredible price. The HR monitors aren't incredibly accurate, including saying my HR was at 50 BPM when it was well over 150, but at the price, i can't argue too much. Its job is to get your heart going and a safe and health way, and the ability to adjust resistance on the fly means i get to challenge myself every single day of training.

Everything re purchase and delivery was fine but the resistance function of the bike did not work. We got replacement part but still no luck. Very disappointing in view of other aspects and value so we thought of product. Please help with solution.

Brand new(delivered 4/6) and with corona-19 I can't get can't a hold of anyone to address the issue. It's extremely heavy so I can't return to a store(curbside).
