Price was great, but because of Coronavirus, was unable to hire Geek squad. I would recommend waiting till able to hire them to assemble as this was difficult. But Best Buy & extended return policy will keep me loyal.

Good but some warts

Set-up: Instructions are clear but screws/bolts are hard to tighten because of location. Hex wrenches are supplied but it's hard to keep them in the top of the screw/bolt. Screws/bolts are numbered and installed a nice container. Took me abt 3 hours to completely build it.
Problem area: The seat wobbled and could not be adjusted. I used chat and the service phone number to resolve the problem. They sent me replacement parts next day. Could have used some instructions when I got the parts but I figured it out on my own.
I like the bike regardless. It has just enough display to meet my needs. It's quiet. It has a holder for my tablet. Despite the seat problem, I would recommend it.

This machine works the most important muscle of all - the heart. Fun for people unable to leave the house or for those who suffer from ailments that impede walking such as balance problems. No weight bearing on the hips, yet offering good way to increase heart rate for the benefits of cardio. Nice screen display for motivation.
