You cant use more than half the features unless you pay for the subscription. I was ok with paying extra for the workouts, but I can't even open the prime video or netflix app (which I already pay monthly for), without the iFit subscription. I also can't program a custom workout without it. Overall, it is a nice machine, but I wouldn't recommend it unless you want to pay $400 a year to use it! Very disappointed.

Not working on delivery

I have been waiting for someone to come and fix it, but after waiting for a while to come fix it they said they had a car accident and couldn’t make the appointment. Now, nobody is contacting me back. Incredibly disappointing!!

What more do you really need? The screen and programs are perfect for any kind of workout or training that you want to do. It's super user friendly and the graphics are nice. The track is really smooth and quiet too.

I can choose challenging settings for a tough workout, or something lighter for a recovery day. The ability to watch shows while working out makes it fun and helps the time fly by. I like how fast I can change the settings for speed and incline. The stats, like calories, distance, and elevation—are super detailed and give me something to strive for each time. I have spent every day on this treadmill since we got it about a month ago. The other thing I really enjoy about this treadmill is how easy it is to store. The hydraulic system makes for an easy transition. This is an incentivized review. I have a family member who works for this brand, but the review above is my honest and unbiased opinion

It is easy to use and is well built! It is easy to turn on the machine and get to exercising. I am in my mid 50's and one thing I would change is where you turn on the machine. I always turn it off and unplug it when not in use (in case of power bumps) and the on/off is at the bottom of the machine by the floor. It is getting harder to get down there and turn it on and off! But it is a good overall machine. I am writing this incentivized review on my own but I do have a son that works with this company.
