Hard to set up and very heavy quality seems to be decent but a little high priced. User interface is bad

Don't waste your time buying this from Best Buy they will tell you that it will arrive after three days and then push the delivery out something closer to a month.

RUN away from this treadmill. I purchased it 9/1/25 and have had two repairs and now a third problem. Trying to get a refund from the manufacturer to buy something more reliable.

I bought this NordicTrack about a month and a half ago and it has never worked. I have been waiting for someone to come and fix it, but after waiting for a while to come fix it they said they had a car accident and couldn’t make the appointment. Now, nobody is contacting me back. Incredibly disappointing!!

This is a pretty sweet treadmill. For the price, you get a lot of bang for your buck! What more do you really need? The screen and programs are perfect for any kind of workout or training that you want to do. It's super user friendly and the graphics are nice. The track is really smooth and quiet too.

Working out in the winter time is hard for me, but this machine has turned that around for me. I can choose challenging settings for a tough workout, or something lighter for a recovery day. The ability to watch shows while working out makes it fun and helps the time fly by. I like how fast I can change the settings for speed and incline. The stats, like calories, distance, and elevation—are super detailed and give me something to strive for each time. I have spent every day on this treadmill since we got it about a month ago. The other thing I really enjoy about this treadmill is how easy it is to store. The hydraulic system makes for an easy transition. This is an incentivized review. I have a lot of kid traffic in my house and this treadmill is a hit with all of them! It is easy to use and is well built! It is easy to turn on the machine and get to exercising. I am in my mid 50's and one thing I would change is where you turn on the machine. I always turn it off and unplug it when not in use (in case of power bumps) and the on/off is at the bottom of the machine by the floor. It is getting harder to get down there and turn it on and off! But it is a good overall machine. I am writing this incentivized review on my own but I do have a son that works with this company.

Solid, straightforward treadmill. I've had it for a month and have put over 20 hours on it. It feels solid and durable. The pushbutton speed and incline controls are large, simple, and easy to use. Assembly took 2 people about 1 hour. All tools were included. It's a large machine and heavy, so I would recommend assembling it in the room it will be in. The iFit integration is amazing. I got this thinking I would only use it on 'lazy' days when I didn't feel like using my rowing machine, but iFit's pre-recorded walks, hikes, workouts, etc have made this my primary workout device. This is an incentivized review.

The NTL15425 treadmill has been a great treadmill so far. As someone who primarily uses it for walking, it's been perfect for those days when I can't get outside due to weather. The treadmill has limited controls unless you use iFit, but I’m fine with that. It allows you to adjust the speed and incline, and there’s a fan to keep you cool. I don’t run, so I haven’t maxed out the speed, but I’ve pushed the incline to 12%, and it really makes me work up a sweat! It’s definitely sturdy. We’ve had treadmills in the past that slowed down or stopped when my husband has used them, but this one hasn’t had any problems. The iFit integration is awesome. I love that the treadmill automatically adjusts during the videos. This review is incentivized.

I love this treadmill is very good to run, very good quality

As someone who works with computers most of the day and comes homes pretty late it is nice to have a treadmill that is quiet and convenient. The space saving and how compact this treadmill is, is really nice. Even on those late night runs when I really have the time for exercise. This is a good introductory treadmill and really proves it's value with all it's capabilities. I have yet to try their integrated workout program... but from what I have heard it is great! I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

Living in Phoenix, where summer temperatures easily climb above 100°F, I can’t always rely on outdoor workouts. This machine has been a lifesaver. The variety of workouts means I never get bored, and I really appreciate being able to watch my favorite shows during a session. The metrics on elevation and distance keep me motivated, and I feel like I’m really getting better with each use. Assembly took a bit of time, but it was worth it. I've been using the iFit treadmill daily, and it hasn't lost its power or smoothness. The motor is powerful, and the belt moves quietly even after heavy use. Streaming classes on the iFit treadmill is seamless. The HD screen makes every session feel immersive. I’m a big fan of the variety available with this treadmill which goes way beyond just running and walking. The ifit coaches and options include full body work outs such as HITT and yoga.
