I like to just be able to hop on and have the machine chart a course with warmup/cooldown and speed and elevation changes without me having to pay attention to it. The machine itself has absolutely nothing pre-programmed and requires everything to run through a paid app. The app itself doesn't work well and is frustrating to make work every time I want to work out. As far as I can tell there are no default workouts that work without a paid subscription, so I don't know where the number 50 in the specifications came from. Otherwise it's a fine treadmill. It's solid and steady and the motor feels powerful. It would be nice if it had an actual water bottle holder.

Great treadmill for the price

I go walking on it and jog every single day. The only thing I would change is that I feel it shaking when I run, it's not very sturdy from the side handles. If they could make those a little sturdier so that they don't shake when I'm running, that would be great.
