I used it three times and it broke. When I switched on the surge protector, the machine made a horrible noise and the incline moved all the way up and down. I could only get it to stop by turning it off. I could not get through to NordicTrack/Proform (same company) customer service. I called BestBuy customer service and they picked up the machine the following week. I was refunded the purchase price, but I was told I could not get back the $400 in installation fees. Since the machine broke after three uses, I'm not certain it was even installed properly. I tried calling and on-line chatting, but the answer was still no. I bought this product in good faith and it lasted three uses. I just wasted $400. Over the years, my family has purchased thousands of dollars from bestbuy (TVs, computers, appliances). I will never spend another cent at bestbuy.

Good treidmill average price

I didnt check that before I bought it because I’ll never seen a treadmill without a lit display. I absolutely would have NEVER bought it had I known. Come on nordictrack. What were you thinking?!?

Not a good treadmill

I only weight 156 lbs
