Such a pain to put together. Felt like a workout in itself.

I really like this treadmill set up was fairly easy. Just follow instructions. Very well made. Powerful motor very quiet. Buttons are at an arms reach. Great way to get a run in after work. Would definitely recommend. Better than other options out there.

I like this treadmill alot but my only issue is how long it takes to load thr screen and i dont care for the Ifit being the main screen. I feel if you want that options you should seek it out just my opinion i dont use ifit.

Great product. Quiet and durable. The service provided by Best Buy with the delivery of the product was excellent. Other companies charge hundreds of dollars for delivery to the room of choice and Best Buy did it for free. That was the reason why I chose to purchase the product from Best Buy.

Bestbuy did not have any techs that could set this up in my area but the setup wasn’t too bad, took about 2 hours to assemble. Everything about this treadmill is great except for the fan. Idk why nordictrack changed the fan output, used to be able to adjust fan position. When turning on the treadmill it takes a while to load the program which is a little annoying. The treadmill is a good size, not too big, not too small. It was a good buy since it was on sale.

Replaced an aging and outdated treadmill with this Norditrack. What a machine! Powerful motor, shock absorbent deck, and extensive online amenties. Great item, and made even easier as a Best Buy member with free installation and setup.

Had it professionally put together but when I got home to test it- the treadmill was extremely loud and slowed down when I stepped on the belt. After trouble shooting it someone will come out to inspect it. I hope to get on this soon. I will update my review once I get on this baby!

Works well for residential use quiet & space saving

I really love how quiet this machine is! I can listen to my music at a reasonable level and workout without disturbing the household. Plus I can carry on a conversation with someone without having to talk over the treadmill. This is an incentivized review.

Works great, shock absorption is easy on the knees and it handles weight really well (I am 280 at the time of writing). There are a lot of features that are not useful unless you have a paid iFit account so if you do not have an iFit subscription then I would opt for the cheaper ones.

Like how it operates smoothly and quietly. Not happy with how long it takes to start up with the if it program. Not interested in using and takes a long time to get to manual mode.

Great sturdy machine. Easy enough set up, just follow directions. Manual came with a QR code to bring up a video of assembly so it made it easier. Only issue is we need to sign in to use machine. Great otherwise.

Pretty good machine. We get shocked some but that is most likely due to needing a mat underneath. I dont like that you can easily use the manual function.

I'm in love with this treadmill. Easy to assemble. Read some reviews that complained about this treadmill not being sturdy at higher speed. It was sturdy enough for me at 9mph. I love the fact that it comes with iFit. I would recommend this treadmill to others.

1 Month in: Amazing treadmill so far! Used both a YouTube video and 3D tutorial to put together properly lol. Very heavy and will need assistance to put together. No issues yet, hopefully I don’t have to update this. Much love!

Great treadmill, kind of a pain to put together though.

The Nordic Track T 8.5S treadmill is a superb machine! It replaced my old NordicTrack treadmill which I used for more than 20 years! They make a durable, easy to use product. I use it almost every day, and love the design.

I strongly regret purchasing this machine. The display console has never worked properly, and getting help has been a complete nightmare. Best Buy has actually been kind and tried to help, but they are unable to fix or replace it because the product is still under the manufacturer’s warranty. The manufacturer has been absolutely horrible to deal with. They told me their technicians do not fix software issues, yet that is clearly what is wrong with the machine. After weeks of trying to reach someone, they finally sent me a replacement screen and expected me to know how to install and fix it myself. Six months after purchasing this defective machine, they finally sent a technician. The console was replaced, but two weeks later it stopped working again. Now it has been over a year, and I still cannot use the machine at all. I am still fighting to get this fixed or replaced, with no real solution in sight. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The manufacturer is unresponsive, unhelpful, and disorganized. Best Buy has done their best and has been nothing but polite and supportive—I honestly wish they could take over completely—but dealing with the manufacturer has been a total mess from start to finish. Horrible product. Horrible manufacturer. Do not buy.
