Purchased this on Jan 17th, with delivery and setup! First team just delivered and did not setup! Had to take another day off for them to set it up! Nordictrack did not work! Order another one was delivered today! No setup! Have to take another day for them to come set it up!

Too overpriced for a such device with limited options.

Bought this to replace a 14yr old NordicTrack that quit working. Nice looking treadmill which works great. We use the manual mode and free fitness workout options which are sufficient for our use. We are not runners so use it for walking. Made kind of a ‘heartbeat’ noise when first started but based on some Googling this is normal and it has since stopped making the noise. Sales associate in store was great. Delivery people I interacted with were nice, however, I wouldn’t give Best Buy a high score on the service. Purchased Delivery, Install and Haul Away. First young 20yr old’s delivered the new machine but said they did not do assembly and also no haul away. Had to wait an entire week for new assembly/haul away date so essentially went to the back of the line for scheduling. Second crew said first set of workers should have assembled. One of the second set of delivery crew had assembled one before. Honestly, I am glad I wasn’t the first crew’s first time trying to figure out how to assemble the machine. The third-party team Best Buy uses for Treadmill Assembly are the same crew who deliver appliances. I could not have assembled it myself but definitely not the experience I expected for what I paid. The crew also did not leave the hex wrench that was required for assembly. Had to call iFit to have them send me it and I’m still waiting on it to be delivered. It is what would be required to adjust the belt. Sharing in case it helps anyone else decide if they want to pay for assembly because you may not get an experienced treadmill assembler. 4 stars are for the machine itself.

Great treadmill and strong as an ox. I am one tall dude and I can run on this thing no problem. Sound quality is important to me- and the music comes through strong on iFit workouts. I do not have a ton of room in my home for an at home gym so this compact treadmill is perfect. Note this is an incentivized review.

This treadmill definitely deserves an excellent rating. It was easy to put together (with two people), it is excellent quality and very well put together. It is very user friendly, versatile and has a lot to offer! Between being able to adjust through easy workouts or more challenging ones by using the controls on the treadmill and/or controls on the touchscreen, to offering the iFit program that I have come to love and look forward to using. iFit honestly has been a great experience and offers thousands of programs for all levels and activities. All programs are nicely labeled with level, time and distance clearly stated and the screen is great quality and clear. Only positive things to say about it. This is an incentivized review.

I just finished another walk on 12 incline, and I am really digging this tread. Very solid and I'm confident that this thing will last for years to come. I love that there are so many built-in workouts. The screen is easy to use with a great interface. So far, my whole family if very happy with this tread. This is an incentivized review.
