I needed to do some research on VPN and found that it was something that I truly needed especially on our phones where we use unsecured connections while shopping and traveling. This was easy to install, downloaded the app, opened the app and trusted the site. My phone was the first one and I created my account which was very easy to do. I used the instructions on where my activation code was listed and it went smoothly from there. It protects you from annoying ads and malicious online threats. It takes privacy to the next level by blocking harmful websites - no malware or other cyber threats can infect your device. Pop-up and auto play ad are blocked too. It prevents you from entering dangerous websites. If you want to go to a site that is on the "don't go there" list you have to disable the feature manually. You are able to load this VPN protection onto 6 devices and/or on to you router. It is a 1-yr subscription so I will see how my year goes as to whether I renew next July. So far... so good!! Very hopefully this is going to help protect our devices from hackers and I can still enjoy online shopping without the worry of my credit cards being exposed!

Thought it would be complicated to use,was not!After playing with the settings it was a game changer.

This review is mainy based on the install and ease of use so far. I have kept my DL speed that I can tell. Windows store did not connect but that is the only app I have noticed not working when NordVPN is set to on. There are options to set to turn on automatically when the PC does (also available Mac and Mobile). If you are needs are in line with this product, I would reccomend.

I was expecting this to be a little more than a VPN on it's own. However for what it is, and the price is does do a great job. When I think internet security I think Full Internet Security, such as stop breaches, stop pop ups, so on and so forth. However what I can tell you, is that this does do a great job at masking your I.P. My only real problem is that due to our slow... and I mean slow. Internet, the VPN slows us down.

It's the easiest VPN set up you can have that covers a wide range of devices. Norton has made the VPN process 1 click on any device you decide to install it on. I currently have it running along AD Guard on my Android device have not had any issues. Occasionally I've had some Apps for some reason would not connect to the internet. A simple restart of the VPN does the trick. Overall it's a good value since the subscription allows up to a combination of 6 devices.

Blocked by way too many sites/apps. Pause feature is nice but if you have to use it at least several times a day then almost totally negated. A simple feature like auto-connect on MacBook was overly complicated (redirected twice then I had to sign in on my Apple ID EVERY time) and does not forebode well for a smooth technical experience going forward. Lastly, thought I had cancelled before the first month and was intending on doing the 30 day money back guarantee and informed them just a couple days afterward. Would not honor the 30 day money back (no biggie) but wouldn’t refund the even when I offered to pay prorated, and even sent me the terms and conditions in quotes in an email. Any company who can stand by their product refunds if you go just couple days over, in my experience. Express VPN is comparable in speeds and superior in every other respect (especially number of blocked sites/apps) so am going with them.

I had been wanting to get setup on a VPN, as I have read that people should have this extra level of security on their network. The initial account setup was a breeze. I had no issues in downloading and installing the software. However, once I logged in, I immediately lost my internet connection. I didn't know why. There was no tutorial, and no error messages. I turned off the VPN and still couldn't get connected. I ended up rebooting my computer to connect again. I tried to look at their support page, but it looks like I have to educate myself further before setting this up. For now, I am not using the VPN until I become more familiar with it.

I've been considering going VPN to help block all my activity. In this age of digital thief and spying, you can't be too careful. If you're checking out this review, then you're probably looking for the same. What these programs or apps do is allow you to mask your IP address and block what you've been doing as well. Another added feature is it allow you to go on to some sites or regions like youtube in other countries as some videos are region specific. As soon as you connect to the VPN you can easily check to see your new IP address and where it shows you are surfing the net from. I like being able to mask my IP.

I'll be honest I had to research a vpns but basically they are private networks that don't allow too much Riff Raff through your internet especially hackers. All signs point to this. Amazing product I haven't recommend it.

VPN are not perfect and it can be hard to find one to trust. Nord has been around a while and is fairly mainstream. Many servers and works fine on Android and windows. Speeds seem good but have not tested in Europe yet.

I've been using Nord for about six months and have had continuous problems: the connection shuts down frequently and every time I try to reconnect, the password fails. For the first few months, the only way to get back in was to copy/paste the password but that all changed recently. Now I am forced to reinstall the app which comes with even more upset. When restarting, Chrome automatically opens to the Nord page and loses all my tabs. I do research so that is months of work to find all my history again. I have to bookmark 100 times a day. I can't use it and they refuse to refund any of my subscription.

I realize because of what the software's purpose is, the speed will decrease, but this is ridiculous. Without the VPN running, I am at over 350Mbps consistently. But with it running, I am at like 5Mbps with over seas servers and 20Mbps here in the states. I have the advance settings set to TCP (as I have seen recommended by Nordvpn customer support in this review section) and there was no difference. My e-mail can receive but not send. I can not get on some sites or they are extremely slow (ex.Amazon.com and Yahoo.com).
