Purchased a digital download of NordVPN. It won't download. Best Buy says they can't help and it's NordVPN's responsibility to assist me. I emailed Nord at the address given in the delivery email sent by Best Buy. Nord acknowledged my email requesting assistance. They asked a couple of questions, that I answered, then never responded again. I submitted several new help request and those weren't even acknowledged. I continue to try to download the product but get the same error. It has been a MONTH since I purchased this. My money was immediately taken yet I still don't have what I paid for.

I've been using WiTopia for the past 5 years, and decided to give NORD VPN a try when it went on sale. So far it's been easy to setup and use, and I would definitely recommend it. The options are plentiful, and the speed hasn't been disappointing.

I been using this VPN for years and it's more reliable and stable than my other VPNs that I have tried over the years like vpn.ac and private internet access. Give it a shot and they have deals a couple of times a year.

First time purchasing a VPN. Once required inputs were finally figured out, which was not exactly clear on Best Buy's part, and the Nord website initially was not accepting my code, I was able install and run without difficulties able to figure out the easy set up, no difficulties at this point. Hoping I am protected and the year of service will be hassle free.

The directions were a bit tricky but it worked as expected .

Lots of servers to choose from in many countries. You can select a server based on your Internet usage. My Netgear router with DD-WRT can be used as a client so that all devices connect to it are covered. Unfortunately, the connection is very slow. No matter what server in whichever county I choose, my speed is very slow. Using Speedtest.net, my upload speed is always faster than my download speed. I usually see around 10%-15% of my normal speed when the VPN is connected.

for someone who is new to VPNs the process of buying Nord from Best Buy wasn't super great. The code did not work until I contacted support. Since then the product works great though. Exactly as advertised.

Is a great product and in a great price. You can use 5 pc at the same time and the speed of the server is good. I have to use it little more to make a better judgment. Overall for now is great!

I like the software for the ease of use and the speed of the vpn. Most locations stay under 20% usage.
