    Researched various VPN options. Nord rated highest. Easy to download and install on laptop, p c and android phone. Contine to receive email information on maximizing aspects of the program. Was able to use Best Buy rewards points to purchase. Also Webroot VPN not available through Best Buy although I have Webroot antivirus software.

    I was afraid this would be too complicated and slow down my system, but it was super simple to download and install, easy to use, and the slowdown is barely noticeable. I gave it five stars for value but I bought it on a daily deal so I don't know about the regular pricing.

    Have used other VPN services, am finding NordVPN superior. Features like the Onion network router (TOR) are especially good for going deeper into anonymous mode. Am easily able to quick connect to different country/routers with one quick. Am very happy with this purchase!

    Support for this product appears to be non-existent. I cancelled my subscription renewal because I could never deal with an actual human being! It seemed to cause additional problems with accessing normal websites and used and I could not get an explanation on how to access the website again. I just think it caused too many problems and provided too little help in understanding how to use it!
