Keep in mind that it is a trimmer and not a shaver. If you want closer shaves, this is not the product you are looking for. The Best Buy customer support has been great as always. I had an issue with my order, that was taken care of easily.

I broke my old cheap shaver with too many attachments. When I bought this, I thought I would need other attachments. Boy was I wrong. Once I figured out how the spin dial attachment worked, this shaver took care of the rest. Replaceable blade is oh so good!!!

I can use it to cut my hair as well as trim my mustache and goatee. It was a very good deal of the day. Recharging is a breeze. It has a base to set it on and charges fast. I haven’t had to purchase a new blade yet so they last for quite a while.

It's my first electric razor which was recommended by a friend because I get annoying ingrown hairs from traditional razors. Obviously not as close or clean as a regular razor but it's close enough! The battery lasts forever too which is a nice bonus.
