    So glad I looked back on the website and saw this. I made a bad decision and purchased something different. Worst decision ever. It was such a headache. I ended up uninstalling it from my laptop only to come back and found this Norton. THANK GOODNESS! Had no download issues at all. I will never use any thing else other than Norton from now on. I learned a valuable lesson!!!

    Asks for your credit card and force you to subscribe to auto-renewal before you can even download and use their app. You can delete your renewal once you installed the software too but this is very concerning since I'm not sure if they have already kept your billing info including your credit card. Why can't they just allow buyers to install the app they already purchased in the first place. Not trustworthy.

    Bought this item thinking it would help repair any issues identified due to computer viruses but once installed Norton requested more money to fix the issues indicated. So in short don’t buy this.
