Product good, Download needs help

However the instructions for downloading were pretty much non-existing. I looked and looked but could not figure how to download. Thinking I did something wrong I even bought it again. So after wasting another $27 I finally figured out you have to go to the Norton website to download.

Why can't they just allow buyers to install the app they already purchased in the first place. Not trustworthy.

I've used Norton in the past and thought this was a great deal/offer. Not so. Everytime I open my computer there is some form of Norton notification telling me I have problems. When I click on continue, I eventually get a message offering me to upgrade my 360 to clear the issues. I think one of the issues would cost me $75.88 for the rest of my subscription time. The lowest cost of an item was $49.88. DISAPPOINTED as there aren't too many things covered with this 360 program that don't need additional payment
