I used my credit card to pay for this less expensisve version and Noron charged my credit card the full renewal price. They make good products, but charge 300% more than they should.

Posted .Hi Anon - sorry for your disappointing charge experience, but thanks for your endorsement on the product! We do use auto-renewal billing practices, and sent you at least two PBNs (pre-billing notifications) to the email on your account before you were renewed. All Norton products are sold at a very aggressive initial price, reverting to regular “full renewal price” as you mentioned. You are free to cancel auto-renewal at any time - even AFTER you’ve been renewed - in which case you’ll receive a credit. I hope this helps explain our practices - DWN

It wasn't there, when I called customer service, they said they would email it to me, they never did. So, I returned it and bought something else.
