It is advertised as if it works on ALL Mac OS on Best Buy. Norton support does NOT support Mac OS Sierra or High Sierra (10.13). Some advertising of this product states 10.8 and later (which is NOT true). Software should state proper OS requirements.

All i got was a key number and an installation code. It did not work. I wasted about 4 hours on it. I finally went some where else and got a McFaffe . Installed it. Fine. I will never shop at Best Buy again.

One of our customer reps could have walked you though the install process which takes about 8-10 minutes - sounds like it would have saved you a lot of time and frustration. Be sure to return the product or contract us at the same website (above) for our 60-day money-back guaranty.
