This product makes my Mac crash. It is advertised as if it works on ALL Mac OS on Best Buy. Norton support does NOT support Mac OS Sierra or High Sierra (10.13). Some advertising of this product states 10.8 and later (which is NOT true). Software should state proper OS requirements.

Instead of buying this separately I bought it as part of the computer. All i got was a key number and an installation code. It did not work. I wasted about 4 hours on it. I finally went some where else and got a McFaffe . Installed it. Fine. I will never shop at Best Buy again.

Could not download. Called for help and seemed to get a scammer running me around. Hung up and ate the cost and switched to another software company. Also spent 100.00 to have my Mac checked. I had been with Norton many years
