All i got was a key number and an installation code. It did not work. I wasted about 4 hours on it. I finally went some where else and got a McFaffe . Installed it. Fine. I will never shop at Best Buy again.

One of our customer reps could have walked you though the install process which takes about 8-10 minutes - sounds like it would have saved you a lot of time and frustration. Be sure to return the product or contract us at the same website (above) for our 60-day money-back guaranty. They offer this for a low price and then force you to auto renew for $104. Not sure what kind of business practice is this and this is completely shady. Do they have to go this low to milk the very same customer who believes their product? BB simply says I would have to contact Norton to cancel the subscription.

Worthless Product, Unable to Download

I tried downloading on the Norton website, which would not allow me to do so until I paid for the product again. I got a refund and bought a McAfee product, which worked well.
