    I can’t get it started on any of my products. iPad, iPhone, and Laptop. This is unusual for me when working with my Apple products. Plus I understand if I don’t shut off subscribe again, I will probably be charged over $100-$200. I need to visit the Geeks but haven’t found the time yet.

    Very very bad sales tactic by Norton. They offer this for a low price and then force you to auto renew for $104. Not sure what kind of business practice is this and this is completely shady. Do they have to go this low to milk the very same customer who believes their product? BB simply says I would have to contact Norton to cancel the subscription.

    Was unable to download this product after following the Best Buy instructions, because the purchase was not in my Best Buy digital library, and no one at the store could help me. I tried downloading on the Norton website, which would not allow me to do so until I paid for the product again. I got a refund and bought a McAfee product, which worked well.

    This my worst experience ever. This company is forcing me to renew my subscription, and I am not able to install it and nobody to help. I have to go to the store and try my luck. i don't recommend this product at all.

    I am ok with Norton 360 but they offer you more free subscription but when it expires you end up paying $59.99 for something and $29.99 for something else. Not worth it.

    Not able to download from Best Buy's Digital Library. Best Buy Post- Purchase rep informed me that Digital Library process has been broken for some time and they have a work-around. This information came 24 hours after the initial purchase and several hours on hold for Geek Squad assistance and hours with Geek Squad rep that ultimately still failed to successfully down load the software. In this time period, I did go directly to Norton for a subscription and, after performing a Safari clean-up picked up from their help notes, successful down-loaded, installed, and am running their software.
