    I purchased this and when redeeming the code it said Norton 360 Delux could not be installed on my operating system. I am using a Dell laptop running windows 11! Waste of money. Hoping I can get my money back!

      Hi - Sorry for your trouble. Norton 360 absolutely works with Windows 11 (or we'd have millions of complaints ;). It could be that another security product is installed and needs to be removed first (normally can't have two running at the same time). It might be related to either Windows 11 in S Mode, or Windows on ARM, but both should work properly when installed through the Norton.com portal.     This is bogus...I was given instructions to go directly to Norton, but then the price is higher. BestBUY would not do refund.
