That was not made clear on the basic listing for this item. Customer service refused to refund the purchase, which I had not yet downloaded.

It immediately slowed down my computer. Every website all the time it would ask me to choose an action in order to continue to visit it. Even after selecting not to ask me again, it would keep asking and asking. It would cause my applications to crash and have to restart every 20 minutes. On the iPhone, it would block me from downloading anything from the app store. Overall a terrible product for Apple users. Do not get lulled in with the discount or the fact you get three licenses. If it doesn't work, it's money wasted.

It caused my Mac to be unresponsive and give a black screen, could not even get it to turn on and had to force a reset. Had to do a clean install and wipe the SSD. Had to chat with apple support to get assistance on doing this because it was killing the computer to the point that they had to help me get it to turn on. Apple support told me MacOS does not require antivirus, just a malware app when you feel it is needed, run the app, and uninstall after you have removed whatever your issue is. The mobile device app does nothing but put your phone on a VPN and blocks nothing but those late night sites lol

No one seems to be able to figure out how to get a 25 (not 18, not 21) character product key so I can download it. I've been told I can't return it or exchange it since it's a digital download. Wasted money. Never again, Best Buy!

Best Buy refused and again after the fact refused to accept a return. DO NOT USE BEST BUY DIGITAL DOWNLOAD !!!

Ease of use, multinational reporting & price are all pluses. I'm not sure about the password mgr. feature. Not intuitive for me. I have others I rely on but I'm a minimalist at heart. Overall easy set-up. Satisfied.
