    Norton is a beast in older computers. Takes up some space you might need. It does work well and this is s purchase to keep it running on just two older computers in the house. I have moved on from norton with my newest computers but it I rather just purchase a new subscription each year and update when expires since the old ones are so finicky. This works and i do it every year. Buy during the holidays and keep code available to renew less money that way.

    Norton works real well when it comes to virus protection. The only bad thing about buying this product from Best Buy is that it wont download fron the Best Buy site. I had to go to Norton and download it from there.

    While installing your prompted over and over again to upgrade with a ton of optional products, some you can't just say not to. I ended up agreeing to 4 add-on products just so I could finish the install and while they give you a free 7-14 days if you forget to cancel those add-ons it will cost another $200 or so. It's ridiculous. The software does seem to work but man that is some serious up charges just to get it to install. Avg isn't as bad but it didn't work very well and McAfee slowed my system down. I'm hoping I get Norton to work after unsubscribing from the add ond
